o Ensure that you are doing the exercises in the right way and give you feedback then and there on how to do the exercise correctly
o Offer you with interesting exercise program so that you will not feel bored.
You must look for all the above said aspects in fitness trainer. You need to make sure that you are comfortable with the trainer so that you can coordinate well and get your goal fulfilled. Ask if the trainer has relevant experience, whether he/she has a certificate in fitness training, the charges for the training, whether he /she keeps updated with the latest technical advancements etc.
